Rao Arumilli immigrated to North Dallas in 1998, when much of the region was still ranch land — long before the Fortune 500 relocations, the master-planned communities, and the infrastructure investment that define it today. Over the next 25+ years, he built and operated businesses, acquired commercial real estate, and developed a firsthand understanding of how these markets evolve. Bluerise Holdings is the product of that experience — a firm built on deep market knowledge, an operator's discipline, and a belief that the best real estate investments serve the communities they're built in.
Bluerise Holdings is a privately held commercial real estate investment and development firm. We acquire, develop, and actively manage properties in high-growth markets, with a current emphasis on retail and mixed-use commercial real estate.
We pursue opportunities where disciplined underwriting, active ownership, and practical execution can create long-term value — across acquisitions, ground-up development, and land investment.
