Rao Arumilli is the Founder and CEO of Bluerise Holdings and leads the firm's investment strategy, acquisitions, development activities, and long-term ownership decisions.

An entrepreneur and business owner with decades of leadership experience, Rao has founded and grown businesses across technology, staffing, real estate, and brokerage. He is also the Founder and CEO of Infosmart Systems and oversees Bluerise Realty.

His operating background informs a practical, owner-oriented approach to investing and development. Under his leadership, Bluerise Holdings pursues retail development, land investment, active asset management, and opportunities where disciplined execution can support long-term value creation.

Mohith Arumilli is a Principal at Bluerise Holdings, where he supports and helps execute the firm's investment strategy, acquisitions, development initiatives, and long-term portfolio growth. His work includes underwriting, market analysis, development evaluation, and the execution of development projects.

He began his institutional real estate career at LaSalle Investment Management, gaining experience in acquisitions, underwriting, portfolio analysis, and investment execution. At Bluerise Holdings, he helps advance opportunities from acquisition and underwriting through planning, execution, and long-term ownership. He remains active with The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation in Chicago.

Mohith graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. He was selected for the Commercial Real Estate Workshop and was a member of Sample Gates Management, the nation's largest undergraduate student-managed real estate investment fund by assets under management.
